What we collect
Buyers: name, email, phone, postcode, what you're looking for, your budget, and whether you're buying with a mortgage or cash. Builders: company details and a contact name, email and phone.
Who sees it
- Our partner financial advisor sees buyers' details so they can verify you're ready to buy and, if you ask, give mortgage advice. They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- Builders only see your search criteria and the first half of your postcode (for example “KT2”). Your name, email and phone are shared with a builder only when you accept their offer.
- We never sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. You can do that any time from your dashboard, and it removes everything.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within one month.
