New Home Now

Terms

Plain-English summary. Draft: to be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

What New Home Now does

We introduce home buyers to house builders. We are not an estate agent, we don't manage sales, and we don't give financial advice. Buyers are verified by an independent, FCA-regulated financial advisor.

For buyers

Using New Home Now is free. Accepting an offer shares your contact details with that builder; it is not a legal commitment to buy. Always check prices, specifications and incentives directly with the builder.

For builders

  • Listing fee (£499.00): payable on joining.
  • Per-offer fee (£25.00): payable for each offer sent to a buyer.
  • Introduction fee (1% of the final sale price): payable on legal completion of a sale to any buyer introduced through New Home Now. This is an introduction fee only.
  • The introduction fee is due on any completed sale to an introduced buyer, including a different plot, and including where the sale continues outside the platform, for 12 months from the introduction.
  • Homes you list (development name, area, type, bedrooms, price and incentives) may be shown publicly on New Home Now, for example on the homepage to visitors nearby. Buyers' details are never shown publicly.
  • Builders are responsible for tracking each sale and updating its status, including legal completion.
  • Buyer details must be used only to progress that buyer's purchase, in line with UK GDPR.
